Now, i've just been told i cant run these subs with this amp because the subs are actually DVC 4 ohm... any suggestions for a solid and reliable amp with a 250 dollar budget?
hmm.. i'll look into it, but i'd rather buy something brand new.. i could get an orion amp new on ebay and still stay within my budget... just trying to see my other options //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif thanks
This would work just fine with the gain cut back a bit to attenuate the output to the desired level....is a reliable amp, BNIB as requested, and fits within your budget even after factoring in shipping costs.
i think i'm gonna go with a new orion HCCA-D1200 amp. but i got a few questions...
In order for me to get the full 600 watts at 1 ohm, do i have to have the bass knob to the max? i'm not looking to have the building next to me shaking, just want a little more bump //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif.
Another question... i know that there are gonna be times where i'm not gonna want to listen to all that bass, and i'm just gonna want to listen to the music at a normal level... if i turn the bass knob down, is there a chance that i might blow the subs by underpowering them? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
