here are some pics of the truck that it has to fit in . these aint my pics but its the same sizes truck . the car is a 1991 geo storm. i have 2 12" Kicker L7's i would like to port them so let me know. the last2 pics are mine and are of what i currently got !!!

i would go with the 2 subs in a sealed enclosure. instead of a single sub in a ported.

more cone area. 1.31cu ft is not big but its a decent amount of volume per sub, and if the subs are pretty efficient it will sound very good. if you glass that trunk up, you will be able to make the ported box for both subs.

 
allot more then an mdf box. like those subs. id say. 4 gal of resin. a shit loads of fiber glass, some mdf board. lots of hardener, lots of brushes, silicone gloves, mask, cotton cloth, about $250~$300 a little less if you shop around for the best prices on materials. that not counting paint or vinyl.
