The "Big 3" actually helps a lot, and so does a new battery. Stinger makes some pretty powerful, yet expensive, batteries. I recently bought a D31A yellowtop from Optima. My car is also stock equipped with a 120 amp alternator though. I will be running over 2400 watts. So... I would say yes )

in addition to everything mentioned or do i not need the secondary battery
The Kinetiks are batteries, bro. You'll want the high output alternator AND the two Kinetik batts. You'll need quite a bit of 1/0 awg wiring and a fistful of ring terminals too.

This type of shit gets expensive in a hurry...

You'll need 1/0 awg wiring for the big 3, as well as multiple runs from the front to the rear of the car AND for grounds. Ring terminals are used to attach the wiring to battery terminals/alternator/grounding points. And even after you pay for all of that stuff (h/o alt, 1/0 awg wiring, two nice batteries, ring terminals, speaker wire, etc), you still have a ton of stuff to buy. You're going to need some nice components speakers, a stout multi-channel amplifier, sound deadener, etc. Car audio is NOT a cheap hobby, man...especially when you want a system of the magnitude you're attempting to pull off.

I'm going to fill you in on a little secret, man. Using one of those RE MX's that you have will get plenty loud and it'll save you a ton of cash. You should seriously put some thought into selling one of them and using the money to help pay for your build. And I'm not trying to make fun of you or piss you off by saying this, but you don't need a system this big. You have a hell of a lot to learn at this point and there's no point in investing thousands of dollars into a learning experience. It would be best for you to start with something at least a little bit modest and work your way into something extremely big AFTER you learn your way around planning/building a sound system...

That's all well and good, but how/where are they installed? Are your doors deadened & sealed? Specify model numbers.
im not sure bro i know its the high end stuff from those 2 lines im not trying to learn how to do the install myself im not into all that i just want to know how to do it safely with out messing up my car so far i have learned some valuable info ill let the guys @ the stereo shop do the rest

He didnt mean the specs of the engine or car man. He wanted to know the year of the car and make model. And engine for some reason only reason i can think of and which is also good to tell us this because some cars tend to have a voltage sensor of sorts built into the ecu or stock alt and if it senses a different alternator not supplying the voltage or amperage it knows you could have a few issues such as the battery light going on check engine lights.or worse car won't stay on start or run properly now this all depends on the cars of course. I heard from various forums that have this. And they are mazda.6s. Some cobalts and some fords. Now these can be bypassed so you are not.totally in trouble.

not to put you down or anything like that you have a good system goin, but i would never under any circumstances let anybody from a stereo shop like best buy or abc warehouse touch my car and i really wouldnt let them touch my system. never had good expierences and i like to learn this stuff on my own. its fun once you learn your way around you should give it a shot =) and the 2 kinetics will be more than enough those things are beast. good luck with the build
