will a jbl 1200.1 be enough for 2 HtX2's?

the orion Triple X hybrid......

people say 800-1000 watts rms,

using the cone, coil, and spyder of the xxx, but the structure of the h2....

i want to use a jbl 1200.1, itll dish out like 600 or will it do more?

the JBL might be around 1300 watts, decent amp for the money

so ya think it will run ok because i was going to get an amp that does 1500-2000 watts at 2 ohms...but you think just 600-700....should be ok for em?

It should be sufficient power for 2 hx2 subs 600 watts per sub.

just be carefull you could blow your subs, max RMS for the subs

is around 600 watts RMS.

I have seen them take close to 1000 safely, but thats beacuse the install was done well

Well I speak from experience. hx2, He2, dvc, c15 all smoked. It's all about what the speaker will handle safely.

the bp1200.1 put's out 1200 watts RMS into 2 or 1 ohm load.

well 1200 - 1500 watts will be plenty for it IMO

well from what I understand, the XXX does not need tons of power to get going, I am not sure as to how it will act in the application //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif
