Will a custom box be the answer

Ok, forgive me for continuing with questions, but ive tried everything. I have a 2002 Dodge intrepid with a rf t1500 amp to 2 12 kicker l7 with a factory box. Now it sounds ok, but ive heard better outta l7s with less amp. so will a custom made box make a big difference, and can it be done for my car?

I just built my first box for my '01 intrepid that turned out to not fit, lol. I gave it to a friend who put his MTX 12's in it and holy **** does the right box make all the difference in the world! His head liner almost fell off, just from a new box.

So I agree that a new box would help your situation

Yes it will. I had a prefab box that I had to turn the bass boost up for it to get as loud as my custom. The custom also sounded better
