Will 2 more 12's to my trunk make that big of a difference?

As long as you have the power to run everything, of course it would make a difference. You would be doubling your cone area, so how could it not make a difference.

It doesn't look like you have enough space for two more 12's. It also looks like the board the amps are mounted to might be reflecting a lot of the sound from the subs. you could try making it a bit shorter as well as adding weight to your trunk lid and tightening the latch. My vote is for keeping the 12's and doing some fiber glassing to try to free up some more space.

That or add two more 12's and seal them. I don't think you would notice it being any louder but it would probably sound better as it seams you listen mostly to rock music.

I was saying if he went from two ported to four sealed it wouldn't be a big difference spl wise, just smoother with less group delay, never under estimate the ports.
