for some people they have more money than it is worth time and effort to remove the stuff.
i bought my civic with 2 12's, 2 amps, avic n1, stinger batts, polk components..

my girlfriend bought hers with 3 type r's, v12 amps, fiberglass enclosure, alpine dvd, type r comps. its a pain in the *** to try and sell all that shit.

guy who sold me my car was a pilot for continental and didnt give a shit, guy who sold my girlfriend her car worked at CC and got all the stuff cheap and already had a new system in his new car.

If you have that kind of money why would you buy a HONDA.....

We just don't get it because we're all constantly swapping shit. We'd probably take it out anyway, so removing stuff to sell the car is no big deal. Plus the guy who put that much cash into a civic probbly didn't do the work himself, doesn't want to pay to have it returned to stock, and wouldn't know where to sell it besides eBay.

I think all the non-believers out there are simply underestimating the ability of many American people to make retarded-*** decisions. If he put that amount of equipment in a Civic in the first place, he's retarded. From what I'm gathering, there are no other mods to the car (performance, body, whatever). Unless you make it into a show car, there is no reason to put that much equipment into a cheap economy car.

it does have a body kit and an intake thats about it and it was painted with a clear coat that slightly changes colors will try to get pics of that aswell

i bought my civic used but the window sticker on my 2005 civic was 19k.....not exactly chump change.

he also had an escalade and a ***** am..... why wouldnt you want an extremely reliable car that holds its value and gets 40mpg?

another point i make when talking bout civics are when i traded my 2001 civic with a huge dent, burns in the seats, carpet trashed, 80k miles they gave me 7k on trade for it. my girlfriend tried to trade in her pontiac sunfire with 33k miles, showroom condition and no one would give her more than 3500 trade...... HONDA holds their value a hell of a lot better than domestics
