wierd ringing in my ears..WTF

Ok so i have a full sound system installed in my car, comps up front and coaxials in the rear. I have a pioneer single din unit right now its 2v pre outs, the radio is about 5 years old. One of the preouts doesnt work anymore, the other 2 work but 1 of those is on its way out cuz theres noise in the speakers on one of the preouts... anyway

so when my music is playing and i have it loud theres this very high loud pitch sound from the drivers side that just rings your ear, its exactly like a mic if someone screws with it theres that loud pitch noise that kills ur ear drum, thats the kind of noise i get, it doesnt happen all the time just once in a while.. so now fast forward 2 weeks later... at work the fire alarms went off and they are loud as hell, and i had the same **** high pitch noise on the left side of my ear (same as drivers side) what i want to know, is there something wrong with my sound system, or is there sometihng wrong with my freakin ear...lol

at first i thought it could be a bad wire or sometihng to do with the radio b/c its so old and some shit doesnt even work on it anymore, but then after that day at work im having second thoughts that something could be wrong with my ear...

ive had numerous sound systems in 3 different cars and i never had this sort of problem ever and those systems were quite loud

anyone have any suggestions or input on what the problem could be.

Stop asking people on an internet forum...

and go to an ear/noes/throat doctor.
