In overall price/power/quality... I have two of these subs. (http://www.futureshop.ca/en-CA/product/mtx-12-car-subwoofer-tc512/10085245.aspx?path=bb79298b4c996cef8f3035df3e3697d4en02) So I need to know what amp is best for it. Unless you can suggest better subs to buy. Gatta fit in same place as the ones I put up. Except mine are 10's not 12's but have the same specs. I want to run @4Ohms. Not sure why I was just told to because of the type of music I listen to.

Amps choices. (Accepting suggestions.)

I thought I needed 4ohms.. 600RMS
You have two subs, correct? If so, you can wire those two single 4 ohm coils to either 2 or 8 ohms, depending upon how you wire them.

I also say go with the US amps amp.

if you have two subwoofers and they are single 4 ohms each and you are going to run both of them you can not run a amp at 4 ohms its impossible. The amp can only see what you send it and if you have two subs that are 4 ohms each, you can only send the amp 2 ohms or 8 ohms. So you really want a amp that gives you 600 rms at 2 ohms like stated above. You can get 300 rms at 8 ohms if the amp is powerful enough but most people don't run amps at 8 ohms. Look for a amp that does 600 rms at 2 ohms and forget about the 8 ohms. You will not hear a difference in sq by getting a amp that puts out power at 2 ohms. We mentioned 8 ohms so you know what the options are but get a 2 ohm amp and you will be happy

I kinda see how this is... I was told to look for an amp that did 4ohms at 300rmsx2... But you guys think 2 is better?

its not that 2 is better than 4, its that 4 is impossible with your setup. And to find 600rms at 8ohm, you would need a rather powerful and more expensive amp. The UsAmps delivers 700rms at 2ohm and is a great match. Your not likely going to see the full 700 anyway, so you will likely get about the 600 you need.

unless they were telling you to get a amp that is 300x2 at 4 ohm stereo(2 channel amp) that would work, but nowadays most guys don't run subwoofers in stereo on a amp but we run it at mono and thats the type of amps you posted, mono amps(1 channel amp). So you can either get a amp that does 300x2 at 4ohm "stereo" or a amp that does 600x1 at 2 ohms "mono". WE all suggest a mono amp, so look for something that does 600x1 2ohms

Isn't stereo better sound? So I should look for a two channel amp?
