why was your gain turned up? if they were set correctly, it wouldnt of happened....

Trust me , my friend (who works for me also) took my truck to the hardware store mon and blew my tweeter. I had read that the hu signal can be distorted at full vol, so you set the gain at 75% vol. Im setting it back to full vol, Ive never heard distortion or ever blew anything that way.
