Why you chose a XXX over a Brahma

yes it would change the performance. plus, why in the world would you buy two woofers, and destroy them both so that you can have one look different? if it is that much of an issue invert the **** thing and call it a day.

first off, i bought the brahma because of it's performane and not looks. i'm happy with the looks of the brahma but of course would prefer the looks of the xxx. i can get a dust cap of an xxx and thought i'd be pretty neat to have it on brahma. something a little different.

I chose my xxx 15 over a brahma 15 because....1)has more cone area

Actually the Sd is the same on the two drivers. It's just that we rate Sd a little more conservitavely than RE.

How so? Do you mean it has more linear excursion?

Actually I believe the Brahma has less moving mass. But then to say one is better than the other because of moving mass isn't right. There are benifits and penalties for going each direction (efficiency and resonant frequency) and it should be chosen based on the desired design goals.

Are you sure about that? I'm pretty sure the XXX is heavier.

why is everyone so bent over on the logo? looks like a rip off of the Osiris shoes logo. http://www.osirisshoes.com. these guys have been around for a long time. i dont know for how long, but im pretty sure its been longer than RE.

I have heard somewhere that the logo for Resonant Engineering is some sort of anchient design of some sort. I think one of my friends called it "______'s Eye" or something. I dont know who's eye it was, but it does look like an eye, doesn't it?

i took the XXX becuase it has a higher power handeling ability

the brahma and the XXX are kinda similer but only a fu*king moron would ever say they were the same

and after shipping the XXX will cost more...i dunno where people are getting em so cheap from
