I was kidding and super bad isn't real. Anyways they don't use sirens for light they have remotes that turn red lights green. Look on the poles that have the traffic lights and you will see a signal receiver

Your actually wrong about this. They have a strobe that beats at a certain frequency. When the signal picks it up, the light changes. People have put them on their car. One guy got caught after about a year of this. He said the hundred dollar ticket was worth the year of green lights.
