i mean the fuse box itself is melting it has a 15amp fuse

wire is very thin.

it is connected to a video amp to support 4 screens

Probably a loose connection allowing a large voltage drop and building up heat causeing it to melt. That is what typically melts fuse holders.

do you have one wire to your fuse holder, and then 4 wires out of it to each of your tv's?

15 amp fuse for 4 tv's, i figured the fuse would be about 50 amps

use a bigger size gauge wire

no . their is one red wire coming in and one red one coming out to the video amp
