Not everyone hates SS. Just a select few. Those few seem to talk the loudest and have an agenda towards me. Sure, I made some unpopular decisions as the owner and admin of DIYMA. Most of which are justified and understandable when you know the entire story. Most people don't though.
The stuff happened about 2 years ago, and has been explained several times, yet people that were recently banned on DIYMA come over here and stir the pot in an attempt to discredit my name and hurt business because of some business decisions I have made. Mostly they are upset that I came out with a product that is similar to a new competitors product. They feel that I am ripping off his idea, and have no ideas of my own.
I am sure this thread will soon turn in another example where the same 5 guys come in and pile it on. What is crazy is that there is only a hand full of these people that were even around when any of the original drama was happening. There are bunches more that have never met me, never done business with me, and are not even members of DIYMA, yet they sit back and repeat what they have heard from the few, and pass the inflated and exaggerated information on to this forum as though it is fact when they themselves have no personal experience with it.
It is kind of like the telephone game.
Last I heard, I paid someone to hack the diyma site and infect everyone’s computer with a virus. I also heard that I paid goob to delete threads..
I am doing my best to stay out of the e-drama, but I find it somewhat difficult with all the personal attacks. Threads like this one tend to turn out bad for me lately. A recent phenomenon, considering how great my reputation was about 2 months ago, right before about 3 guys got banned from DIYMA.
Because of my intention to not add fuel to the fire, this will be the only post in this thread
