the comps, i got my CDT's for the same price as the best 2 way comps.

i have an audiobahn 4 channel amp there is only one thing i do not like about it. And that is the loud fan. But they are better than visonik and autotek. I mean ppl buy autotek for there rep. And true car audio guys kno they fell off.

fans can be replaced w better ones. so thats not a biggie.

If its an 80mm fan head to your local electronics/PC store and pick a better one up (look for something with arouind 40CFM and less than 35dB). Nice thing about computer components is that most of them run off 12V already, so no step down transformer needed. I am working on modding my HK4000D with some blue LED fans. Ill post some pics once its done..

the fans in my audiobahn are shallow mount 80mm ones, otherwise I'd put in thermaltake smart fans

i have some audiobahn speakers. ive got no problem with them, and they were cheap, they will look cool once i get them in place too.

yes, most of their stuff is garbage. some of their stuff is ok (those new subs and some of the amps)

but yes. mostly people who dont know anything buy them from best buy because they look cool, same thing with rockford fosgate. and im sad because i bought both things just to find out its a waste of money for not researching.

i wish i had found this site before i started in car audio and saved a few hundred bills.

There is a difference between doing it tastefully (Tru) and doing it gaudy as hell (Audiobahn).
