for those who keep asking "what kind of music do you bassheads listen to?", i dont think that is a valid question at all.
I listen to rap, love it.
I listen to rock with the same settings, and i love it (more so than with a smaller substage)
I'll even throw on country/classic rock from time to time, and still love it.
That is very true, but it is fairly obvious most of the people asking (i said most for a reason) are just people dogging on peoples taste in music.I think it's a very valid question. Just because you like it doesn't mean it sounds good to everyone else.

Everything from madonna to metallica, or lamb of god to carl orff... It all sounds fabulous in a vehicle with a badass system.I use to be: I'll take a little bit of music with my subs.
Now I'm: I'll take a bit of bass with my music.
My tastes in music have totally changed and with that my equipment needs changed.
To the guys with the big setups, what do you listen to?
True. I only asked because on some subs I feel are perfect for rap, and I can't stand on metal. ie, my RE SE 15s. They sounded really good for rap, but just sounded slow, and sloppy for my metal needs. That is very true, but it is fairly obvious most of the people asking (i said most for a reason) are just people dogging on peoples taste in music.
sounds like an enclosure issue to me, but i'll stop there.True. I only asked because on some subs I feel are perfect for rap, and I can't stand on metal. ie, my RE SE 15s. They sounded really good for rap, but just sounded slow, and sloppy for my metal needs.
