why do i hover in resistance

I use bolt terminals and I have 4 subs. All the subs are going to the bolt terminals, not chained together like I had previously with just one sub going to the terminals. I have it wired to 1 ohm but when I use my DMM to check the resistance at the bolts the impedance jumps around from 1.5 to 2 ohms. Why is this.

touch DMM probes together, see wha that reading is. Assuming you get around .5ohm you'll need to subtract that from the reading you get when checking the terminals. I've used bolt terminals on 100+ boxes and they never read any higher then the subs...
