Why do i get the retarded ebay buyers to buy my shizz

yeah im a good arguer lol whenever stuff like this happens i dont let them tell me know and i usually break even in the deal or whatever it was or come out on top . DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU NO . KEEP GOING UP THE CHAIN .

I even told the guy on ebay i asked this chick if i could talk to anyone who knows anything about car amps and she told me there were no specialist of car amps at paypal . The guy on ebay told me he admitted the amp was working when he got it , that to me sounds like the buyer damaged it . I don't see how paypal decided in his favor , then said hang on im going to get more details from paypal resolution center , he asked me if i filed a appeal .paypal told me that they would accept a appeal and he said hang on let me call . After that the he transferred me to the resolution guy and he opened a appeal i should hear something in the next 3 days . Last time they said the same thing and nothing was resolved so i have no idea what the hell is going to happen

Good luck man. I sold an extra immobilizer bypass I had (bought for my car, decided not to use it). Worked perfectly fine, it was brand new. Shop the guy took it to didn't know how to install it correctly. Got it back, tested it on the SAME car and it worked flawlessly. Buyer got his money back. Kinda ******.

that sounds to me like the guy bought it and decided it was to hard for him to install himself or he decided not to use it and sent it back . in other words ebay calls it buyer remorse you should have reported the guy . so many people buy **** on their and don't know what the hell its actually for and return the **** . most of the time those are impulse buyer who think man i got to have this , then find out how much money it going to cost to get it put in or how much work it will be . All the sudden the item is not what they were looking for

well i just got a message from Victor at Soundstream they agreed to repair it for $75 bucks , I'll send it in their or back to the buyer if paypal decided the appeal in my favor they may make me send it back to the buyer

yea, i ended up getting the money back after showing them that it worked perfectly and the item was no longer in the condition it was sent.

Wow you are a lot more laid back than I am. :-/ I would be raising hell with them until someone was giving me a refund. No waiting 3 days for them to figure out the mistake that the CS Rep already can see from your messages.

I've had lots of minor problems with ebay buyers and Fedex losing packages and charging extra fees. IF you stick to your guns and keep moving up the chain, as the other guy mentioned, eventually they will find in your favor to refund/resolve.

***New update** this pretty much ends it . Paypal denied my claim . So i called ebay back and talked to them . They told me that same **** again that let me get intouch with paypal **** . this time i talked to a different associate and said i can't appeal a case the buyer claimed . She said so how would you like me to help you . I said obviously your not going to . her reply was i didn't say that . Only thing i could think of is yeah right . So i told her i want my money back , and she put me on hold and gave me half the sale price back which will cover my repairs and leave me with 50 bucks to spare .
