Why do i get the retarded ebay buyers to buy my shizz

***New update** this pretty much ends it . Paypal denied my claim . So i called ebay back and talked to them . They told me that same **** again that let me get intouch with paypal **** . this time i talked to a different associate and said i can't appeal a case the buyer claimed . She said so how would you like me to help you . I said obviously your not going to . her reply was i didn't say that . Only thing i could think of is yeah right . So i told her i want my money back , and she put me on hold and gave me half the sale price back which will cover my repairs and leave me with 50 bucks to spare .

eBay and Paypal usually don't side with sellers so that's why they lost a lot of business, plus they outsource their call center and they don't know anything besides following a guideline. I had a run-in with a buyer who claimed something was missing and turns out he just didn't want it anymore and filed a paypal claim against me. He even messaged me ON EBAY that it's because he didn't want it anymore and eBay still just said well refund the guy when you receive the item back. The item I sold was BRAND NEW and now it isn't.

Now I always state "this will be sold as-is, no returns." Too many buyer abusing the system and eBay is letting them in fear of losing customers/revenue.

**** ebay is a billion dollar company with their high seller fees and pretty much letting the buyers do whatever they hell they want and 90% of the time they don't refund your seller fees till you call and cuss them out . Nowy my money been put on holds because of low feedback buyers . i been selling on ebay for over 10 years im getting real sick of their ****

Glad you got at least part of your money back. Good work sticking to your guns and also turning in the POS that tried to scam other people....

I've had so many troubles with picky buyers who email me stupid questions, and the fees are getting ridiculous.

Well here is the conclusion ! I got a replacement Rubicon 2500d from Power Acoustik . From what i have seen This douche has burnt 3 other amps besides mine and probably got a refund from all 3 ! Funny for someone as he was quoted " I've been installing amps for 20 years' just bought a DDM meter . i guess he finally figured out eh i can't keep installing amps and burning **** out of them , I better start actually tuning them . Anyway this Crap is finally over . rubicon amp is for sale if anyone is interested check my listing in the amp section
