why can't car toys ever make it right?

ok so I went to cartoys to see what they think of my w7 since it wasn't playing right, making a weird noise. well, the guy I bought it from bought it from car toys with an extended 1 year warranty on it. so I went to cartoys and they told me that the sub was bad, so i was like sweet! then I gave them my car and they swapped the sub out but they put the speaker upside down and like didn't even tighten the speaker wire. I mean, it was ok for a regular person but maybe i am just to anal. plus, I got worried when he told me if you want more volume just raise the gains //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif . I dunno everyone I know got a crappy install from cartoys I figured it wouldn't happen to me but oh well, maybe I just hate when others work on my audio. the best part was when i got a new w7!!!!!!!!! and i would give cartoys a plus because they granted the warrenty and were more than happy to replace it.
