Why are my new speakers cracking and whining?

My vehicle is a 2006 Chevy HHR with a LS trim.

About 3 days ago I replaced my entire audio system. It had a head/receiver, 4 door speakers, ad 2 tweeters.

Receiver: https://www.crutchfield.com/p_070XR4120/Dual-XR4120.html?search=Dual_XR4120&skipvs=T

Speakers (2 sets): https://www.crutchfield.com/p_575R1525X2/Rockford-Fosgate-Prime-R1525X2.html?search=Rockford_Fosgate_Prime_R1525X2&skipvs=T

For the past 2 days my speakers have been cracking and whining, but it comes in spurts. Sometimes it's very loud cracking, but other times it is soft whining and static. It's hard to use the fade and balance of the receiver to find if it's a specific speaker, because the noises and distortion come and go as they please. So far it happens when I'm using the radio or using the aux port with my phone, but I haven't tried the USB port yet. I think it might be that the receiver is not powering the speakers correctly, but I'm not for sure. What might be causing my brand new speakers to make these annoying noises?

*I did not install anything. I paid a local car audio shop to do everything for me. All I did was purchase the parts.*

Take it back to the shop and complain. It sounds like a power wire ran next to an rca or there are loose connections. Either way something isn't right and take it back and have them make it right
