why are 4 ohm subs more expensive then 2 ohm subs

wiring possibilities..... most average jo's run two subs in which need to be d4 to achieve a 1ohm load. put simply...... People would rather run 2 subs than 1 and most amps are only stable down to 1 ohm

there is no diff at all in manuf costs 'from kicker direct' so its about supply and demand as others said if no ones buying 2ohms speakers but everyone wants 4ohm maybe casue wiring combos or maybe they have no idea what an ohm is both could come into play //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
