Not even the W3v3? I thought they sounded very well on a few ocasions. The W6v2 is one of my favorite subs at any price bracket. The rest of their speaker line doesn't interest me all that much.
This forum is full of bassheads, so a speaker like the W6v2 wouldn't interest them.

There's a difference between something that sounds good, and sounds the same //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gifJL may have some SQ, so does ID. ID can accomplish the same exact thing a JL does, but cheaper.
So your saying ID and JL sound the same, but ID is infact cheaper. Thats just another reason why JL sucks some more balls. There's a difference between something that sounds good, and sounds the same //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
Everyone summed it up.
JL costs way to much for what you get. DD is SPL oriented. Anything DD will outpound a JL all day long.
JL may have some SQ, so does ID. ID can accomplish the same exact thing a JL does, but cheaper.
JL also has shitty recone options that the others such as Fi, DD, DC, etc can be had for way cheaper and less hassle.
I hate fanboys. Why is it that everytime JL Audio products show up on here, the HATERS all come out?
I always read here stuff like JL makes good stuff but is overpriced when they see a JL sub listed for $400-$500.
Funny thing is.. NO ONE DARES to say that a DD sub that's priced at $500-$600 is overpriced.
What a JOKE.
Really? That's not at all what I said.
First you say there is no reason, yet you state one. Which is it? Either there is a reason or there isnt. Recones are definately a concern for some people.Personally, lack of recone options makes absolutely no difference whether or not I'd buy a driver. There's no reason for me to worry about blowing a speaker, unless my amps suddenly go bad and dump DC on the outputs.
