Who's not getting stoned?

I can agree, but that really depends upon the person. I know guys that do dumb stuff while hi.. but I know a guy that actually likes to toke and go to the library lol.
While I hope he walks there, I'm guessing that he probably drives there because most stoners think its ok to get high and drive //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

There was a study done on just that. IIRC, the guy did fine under the influence. I'm looking for it now.
I've been high....I may not have the super tolerance of a hippy, but I know when I was high I would not be safe to drive. I don't need a study to tell me what I know when I have first hand knowledge.

Again, dependent upon the person and how much was taken in.. isn't this kind of the same concept as alcohol.. isn't that why there is a "legal limit"

if anything I am more aware while high than sober.

This isn't about booze (which is also bad), its about marijuana, which is bad and illegal. Stinky pot smokin hippies don't care about the law though I guess
I mentioned booze because you mentioned gateway drug, which booze is. If you want to talk about people who smoke marijuana and then do more extreme drugs then you got to realize that either they wanted to try real drugs all along or they are idiots.

How many times do you speed btw? If you say never than its just a mere lie. 1 mph over the limit is still unlawful.

Right. Besides perhaps the first time you try marijuana you might prematurely "freak out" since it's such a new experience.
Its the same as alcohol....tolerance gains you nothing in a DUI....its BAC whether your tolerance helps you drive better or not.

How does the government decide only super tolerance hippies get to drive high while the average non-daily smoker, who actually gets a good high, needs to be busted for driving while impaired?

And for the big question....if weed is not addictive, why can't you hippies quit smoking it long enough to drive somewhere? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

I smoke for long distant trips for, check this out, to stay awake longer and to have a more enjoyable drive.

Your question is just as good as this one: "why can't you stop being such an idiot if you think you are making the better choice of not smoking." //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

First off why is everyone who smokes a hippy? Does that make everyone who drinks an alcoholic? Well how did the government decide on a tolerance level for alcohol. Different people have different tolerances of that also, correct?

Wow...hippy logic, that was a good one //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

I occasionally smoke and I honestly could care less if people get high, I just like giving people a rough time. People getting high usually doesn't infringe on my rights so I don't care. I do have a problem with people getting high and driving though, thats just downright idiotic. The stoner mentality/lifestyle is annoying too.

I call everyone who smokes, a hippy, because stoners get soooo uptight when you call them a hippy //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

As for deciding where to make the cutoff for impairment I would think some kind of study was performed....who knows.

Its not really hippy logic as you are saying. It was just a demonstration of your 'logic'. I don't have a problem with you calling me a hippy, because its just a blanket statement so whatever.

Your mentality is probably what gets people being a bit uptight. It's somewhat ignorant and offensive.

I suppose. As stated by dozy, it's a blanket statement. To me, it just makes you sound dumb, I could careless.

I've found that people get "uptight" when they feel they are doing something wrong //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
