well, i have never used the SSD's but wow.thats what im saying. 3000 watts to my single 12 and it still wasnt near the numbers of 2 of my SSD 10's with 1500 for the pair
hmm. thats a pretty **** big difference. especially considering power. seeing as me, you, and my friend are not the only ones complaining about the BL's efficiency, i dont know why Fi wouldnt try to soften the suspension up some especially since this is suppose to be a 1kw rated daily beater. like i said, we arent the only ones complaining. The 2 SSD's did a 141.x to Gucci Mane-Hold That Thought which I think is 33hz, and the BL 12 with an Autotek MM3000 @ 1 ohm did a 137.x
he needs a new producer. nothing but some keyboard, techno, electronic sounding rap haha.word
deleted it as soon as a i listened to it
An SSD, given the proper enclosure, will be a heck of a lot less peaky than a BL will be.pretty much a BL with less power handling and lower cost. just your everyday "street" sub
it depends on your listening tastes. JimJ is the resident SQ guy (as well as others). he will prefer something that blends and sounds better (in a SQ way. usually sealed or another alignment that allows for as flat of a response as possible), then say, what would sound better to me (spl type of application, with "acceptible" peakyness)i didnt like them sealed, 1.2 cubes each. they sound ahole lot better ported in a little smaller enclosure them spects.
i agree with that. I think they sound completely terrible in larger enclosures.i didnt like them sealed, 1.2 cubes each. they sound ahole lot better ported in a little smaller enclosure them spects.
i have one 15 SSD with coppers coils. Im not 100% impressed with it right now but i think its more the box than the sub. other than that, yes they are great subs and i dont plan on getting rid of mine any time soon.
