who works at CC?

well i do it too but it has to be something like a mobile video or something over 500$ for me to do somethign like that but what i mean like how can i get people to get CA when they get an satilite radio? how would u introduce it to them or say? i say "let me tell you about your warrenty with the XACT (satilte radio) it covers parts and labor for 1 year, now what i highly recommond getting is CA, it coves parts and labor PLUS some more if it gets defective just return it to any of our CC stores nation wide. the 4 year plan is only 40$ how does that sound to you?

using this i FAIL badly what would did u guys say or say?

 
Good opening line

"what kind of car do you drive?"

"Hey I love those cars"

"What kind of upgrades do you want to do to it?"

"this blah, blah would work great"

"Hey did you hear about the city advantage?"

People like to talk about their own stuff, if you can strike up a conversation they will feel more comfortable with you and be easier to sell to.

 
Get em alittle scared that they might actually need it.

Tell them that if the product does break down 90% of the time it will be after the regular warranty has run out and "The new city advantage will offer piece of mind years after your purchase"

 
Let them know that just about every manufacturer only covers defects.

Also, if they are getting something installed, let them know that if something goes wrong with the product and it has to be sent out, they will be charged to re-install that product (with CA it'll be reinstalled for free).
