I'm a '06 noob, never had anyone question my selling ethics //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif hope i don't fall in the category of nonsense posting noobxxxx, 10ppd......the only think i don't like about the noobs is all them selling shit. there are so many who just pop on here to sell shit
yup. people get greedy. see a great deal(to good a deal) and jump on it before think with there head. common sense needs to be taught at school these daysalso honesly a lot of the time, if u get scammed... there was something you could have done more to protect yourself, its the times u let things slip. shit happens
what about the hundreds of weekly transactions that go smoothly? All this has been discussed, jack shit came out of it. Nothing more then us deciding we needed more strict rules.ya but think about how many people have been scammed as of late. way to many! hell 1 is to many for me. Goob has to see there is a problem here
Sblazer....?i wouldn't mind seeing it 1000 posts and 3 months. if you look in the member list, there are a lot of people with 1000 posts. we should adapt a feedback system like ebay or cs.org
Not trying to start another argument, but wasnt that the use of the rep system? Or is there a whole other system that can be implemented simply for sales feedback?i wouldn't mind seeing it 1000 posts and 3 months. if you look in the member list, there are a lot of people with 1000 posts. we should adapt a feedback system like ebay or cs.org
I wasn't comfortable selling till i had a few months under my belt, buying would be a different thing though eh, hard to scam when buyingwhy not make the post and length of membership longer than just 25 and 30 days? They're simply there to deter scammers but why not something to reallly test them...say 100 posts and a month or two? maybe more?
ya i agree. there have been thousands of smooth transactions. but in turn there has been alot of down right shitty ones too.what about the hundreds of weekly transactions that go smoothly? All this has been discussed, jack shit came out of it. Nothing more then us deciding we needed more strict rules.
not exactly. the rep system was just to rep you for a good post. look at the system on cs.org. you rep them and leave them a comment where everybody can see, then you'll have a number. basically the same thing as ebayNot trying to start another argument, but wasnt that the use of the rep system? Or is there a whole other system that can be implemented simply for sales feedback?
On another note, why not a pre-membership review period of 30-days? Or you'd have to be authorized to post classifieds by the moderation staff? These may have been offered already but I'm just throwing out ideas.
Our transaction went down good....I wasn't comfortable selling till i had a few months under my belt, buying would be a different thing though eh, hard to scam when buying
