both new members send half money and then send product and send rest of the money or just use paypal and pay for it all upfront, and the shipper make sure u ship ups with signature required proving the buyer got it, and if the seller never shipped then u can win the paypal dispute.

and to the buyer to make sure u dont get a box of bricks video tape opening the box
