i need a pair of midbass speakers to help fill out my front stage. I'll have about 200 watts to feed each one. I prefer to stay 6.5" or under and with a slim profile for mounting depth. These will be IB in my doors. Anybody have a company or brand that stands out in their mind?

What do you mean "fill out" your front stage....is it too thin? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
quit being an *** ....this is a serious question.

j/k but i still need an answer to the question

currently looking at the JL 6W0....i know its a subwoofer but it can be crossed over up to around 300htz or so.....i can get these relatively cheap...about 140 for a pair.

The JL 6WO is limited to about 250hz in a sealed enclosure. Running the sub in IB will mean you'll have a much earlier rolloff. I wouldn't be surprised if the sub sounds muddy once you hit ~120hz.

I've seen them on ebay for $100-120 a pair though:yumyum:
