Who lives in an apartment?

wasn't that bad. wasn't anymore expensive then a house

must have been pretty new trailer.

my house im in now is cheap to heat. Like $500 in propane will last all winter.. and it gets like -20.

In the trailer i was in i could burn like $300 a month if it was cold.

To the original poster:
I make ~$3000 a month, and I just bought a house. I have a car payment and I'm paying insurance on three cars.

I can still live pretty comfortably, I don't have to worry about money, and I still buy electronic goodies all the time.

So I think you should have no problem paying for housing. If you moved down here to Spring Hill, You could almost buy a house for what your paying for that apartment.
I actually live in Murfreesboro. I know...but moving in and out of the house is rather expensive

I live with 4 other people in my house. We each only have to pay $325 a month rent and the 5th roommate thats not on the lease pays all the utilities. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

We have a 2 car garage that we only use for parties, so parking on the lawn is a must sadly. Plus we have 2 pitbulls and a cat, which sucks b/c if the landlord finds out we're fucked. The house is only 2 years old though and close to campus, so we're getting a damn good deal.

But I really suggest getting a roommate to split bills with.

Well I put my house up for sale and still is for sale, but have a couple peeps looking into it. Just bad time of year. I am sure it will sell in the spring. Anyway me and my girl have a place together and we only pay 540 a month plus all utillities minus electric which usually runs about 70 bucks a month. So we are at like 610 all said and done. It is also a condo and is 1100sqft. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Thing is she has two kids and we have one coming on the way. I am selling my house to try and save money in the long run and now the new baby put a damper on that. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif Oh well, if my house wasnt so small, I would just keep that, but we need something pretty big.

shitty *** ft. pierce, FL... $1200 a mo. 2+2, 1100 sq. ft., complex is 4 yrs old. "gated" when ppl dont smash thru and leave the pole on the ground. **** florida housing costs, cant wait to get back to Indianapolis and be able to get a ****in 3 BR house w/ garage and all that mess for 1200 a mo.

Yep, I lived down their for about 6 months. Sarasota Florida and I was staying with my buddies parents. For a 1400 sqft 4bd/2bath house they were paying something like 2g's a month. That was just for the house. Was like 130g's, but they took it out for many, many years. I mean shit, that is just crazyiness!

**** that's cheap. My company is relocating my wife and I to the Canton area early next year. I asked the guys where what kind of place I could get for $350K //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif ... and I'll actually cut my mortgage by $1K a month.
