a buddy of mines billet grill for his yukon was a *****. he had to hav eit done they had to saw out parts of the truck and make new holes and shit

Its a trenz grill. I thought it would be fairly easy since they make them for each car specificly.

****, i got a Trenz grill on my LAc, fawker was a bi2tch to put on. U got to cut out the plastic part of the grill which is attached to the front trim of your front. Then you got to sand down the area you cut. That's probably the hardest part, oh yea, the **** grill ain't perfect either, you gotta bend the metal to fit the car, and more then likely, you'll have some gaps. Afterwards, juss screw or nail the grill down.

I did the same thing on my deville. The factory egg crate grille on mine had a large plastic piece that needed to be sanded down. I used a cheap saw, a dremel and a screwdriver, was pretty easy even with that.

Jig saw.

The dremel cut off wheels break really eaisly with plastic.

Its not as loud either.

WEll, I guess I could say I had some crappy tools. If you got some nice tools, it shouldn't be too hard. After I cut the bars and sanded it down, I then had to grind down this annoying curve that was acouple cm out from where I had to get attach the grill to, which was a BI#$#. I mean, you got to be careful, because you'd think the grill is suppose to be perfectly capable of juss fitting right in when you cut the teeth out, but it's not. It just scared the shiet outta me b/c I had to start getting rid of more than I expected. Those Trenz grills never come out perfectly, I mean like for example mine was sort of cricket and and it juss had to be bent like crazy. And even after, I still had some gaps in between. That's what the sorriest part is, you really can't avoid the small gaps.

I installed my own grill for my escalade, i used grillcraft grills. i did some cutting and bolting on pretty easy. here are a a couple pictures:
