Want to change the color of my leather

Ok so I'm going to buy these Creme colored leather seats for my car and I was wondering, how do I go by changing the color of leather? Is this possible?

basically I want light brown nappa leather color... can anyone give me advice on how I go about doing this?

Changing the color of leather, im not sure. Easiest way I think would be is to just replace the seats.

use oil for a baseball glove.
