Can't be mini lobsters if they're smaller than a shrimp. I prefer lobster though, not mini lobsters

There's this one store in houston. Boiling crabs. **** they make some bad *** crawfish. 6.99 a lb, but the flavor is worth it!!

I used to get them at a Chinese buffet place in town, then they got shut down for a few days for some health code violations and I have not returned. Shrimp is a totally different thing.

Bikes- Red Lobster sucks. Period. Good if like frozen shipped in shit. I am really suprised you cant get anything fairly fresh, never frozen living a few hundred miles from the bay. During the spring and summer I eat nothing but fresh seafood. Have you ever had fresh seafood? Once you have had fresh cooked seafood you will change your mind real quick.

crawfish > shrimp IMO

if you cook them right, there is nothing better. and like said above don't overcook them because the meat will stick to the shell and be fvcked up.

shrimp are overrated and over used. a true cajun boils his crawdads with some tators, corn, mushrooms, garlic, onions, cellery, etc, and about a full tub of seasoning boiled to perfection.

As stated before pinch them tails and **** da heads! all the flavor will be in the heads and mushrooms. If you know how to eat them there is no effort involved.

3 step procedure:

pull apart

**** head

pinch tail and **** meat out...move on to next one unless the claws are big enough to enjoy
