x2, I've covered shit with hot glue before like that. Never on a caraudio amp though

make sure the tracks are solderd good to the joints,solder will stick to the tracks easily.

probably dumb question but explain? i razored off the film over the board and made sure i didnt connect anything on accident... which was the reason for the tape to solder the remote trace...

just take ur soldering iron and put a thin layer over the traces that you scratched with solder,then melt hot glue over it.

I was curious as to how the inputs looked on those amps. Thanks for the pics. I really wanted one of these, but went with the Alpine PDX 4.150 instead. I thought that amp had those terminals you had to crimp first before you screwed them down. I knoiw your shit is broke, but would it have done rated power?
