well as a matter of fact my family did own alot of slaves....a fact im proud of to be honest. and i dont know if any of your "people" (we call them monkeys) have told you this but the slaves were sold to us by african tribes. and there were also several black slave owners. in the future educate yourself before you try and get into a battle of whits with someone who is clearly smarter than yourself.

Those sold by other africans were already slaves. People that were captured through war. People did not sell their own tribesmen. The rest were captured and shipped off. By the end of the 1700s, the US had condemned the african slave trade anyway (only because there were enough slaves here to have a steady population). For someone who talks about the need to educate oneself, you are truly ignorant.

Yes, but you can't claim that blacks have been oppressed here for four hundred years. I can't quite remember when the slave trade started, but it wasn't that much before then. And before Americans intensified it, the african slave trade was not much different from the practices already in place among african tribes (meaning most slaves weren't treated much if any worse by europeans than by the tribes by whom they'd been captured). There were white slaves and indentured servants at the time too. The slavery of America was far worse than any other slavery ever seen. Completely different

no i find it funny how a supposed backwoods redneck can get people riled up like this. come on now people this entire thing is "retarded". to me the term "******" refers to a person of any color who is basically just a piece of $hit. it doesn't just apply to blacks. yes there are many people out there who use it in that way but not all of us do. and just because i am proud of my southern heritage does not make me a racist.
