whining noise

it all happened when i got my subs rewired to 2 ohm...this hissing noise or whining noise is coming from my tweeters only...it goes as i rev the engine..i got it checked and said it was my head unit but i dont think so.i dont even have my comps. amped..only my subs...and i put a rca reducer on the amp and it helps out a lil. bit but i lose the power it seems like becase my subs arent gettin louder...i dont even wanna drive anymore its that bad lol..any help would be appriciated
