which would you get for the new backyard

I could definitely put a mini bike to use down at school as well. But since the Charleston police and Country police are all over the place I have two questions:
1) There's no law against riding these on the streets/sidewalks is there?

2) Obviously you can still get a DUI on one of these, right?

maybe if a cop was behind you, yes lol

this is all on private property...my house this year has a lonnng driveway and a huge backyard...i also have a roomate who is absolutely nuts and will do anything when hes drunk...i guarantee he would try jumping a fire pit or hole in the ground at some point...and roommate number 3 has a camcorder...i just gotta find one like above that is solid quality for like $3-400

The owner of my apartment building just got a pocket bike in a 'lot buy', and told me he'd sell it to me for $100 AFTER he changes all fluids, plug, filter, and repaints it. WOOO!!! It's not the best quality, but he'll guarantee every part that he changes, so I can't beat that.

Buy one of these, but good luck getting a good quality one for $300, you will need to spend atleast 600 or so for a good condition used mini bike, like a honda xr50 etc. good luck and mini bikes are tons of fun never get bored of them.

We have already went over the Pit Bikes. Find a CHEAP Pit bike that runs, drive it until you break it, and then buy a motor for it, out of a 'wrecked' bike.
