That's going to have much more to do with your particular vehicle's acoustics, the enclosure whichever woofer(s) would eventually live in, the amount of power you're feeding them, etc etc etc.

As stated your question really has no valid answer.

ive heard the M3's and i like them more than the crv's i heard.......granted they were in differant cars and differant boxes and setups....alltogether itd go with memphis though......

and for the want not to just not reply to this thread without giving some actual advice....think about this. The M3's are reconeable via replacement cartridges, where as the Kicker's are not. Build quility on the Memphis is a little better than Kicker at the very least as well. Both will probably do just fine for your application either way really.
