the xxx gets my vote (just JUST because i have one) but because while getting retardly insanely loud, it maintains it's SQ........fcuking AMAZING, the best ifnot close to the best SQ i've heard yet, Especially that loud.......

i mean i'm running 1200wrms to my xxx15 and it's SICK, but ppl on here run an orion 2500d or something 2000-2500wrms all day to those things and they handle it likes it's nothing.

it's fun telling ppl ur running 1200w (for u guys 2500w) to one speaker and it's still clean as a bell while hitting those high dBs

So I didnt win the bid on the Orion 2500, so now I think I will be going with the Viper 1200 or the Orion 1200, maybe the Lanzar not for sure, whichever I can get the cheapest. Then either the XXX or rl-p. Chief

If it is still between a single 12" XXX and a pair of 12" Rl-p's, go with the Rl-p's hands down.

If you have 1200W go for the 2 rl-p 12's. Dont go with Lanzar, go for the Orion 1200D, that system would tickle your balls.

A pair of rl-p's will be louder no matter what, with the advantage of the cone area, i dont see how a single XXX can compare to the both rl-p's. Plus, some say that the XXX needs more than 1200W to get it moving(not sure if its true or not)

I didnt get the Orion so I am going to get the Viper but what sub, subs would get the loudest with that amp? Chief
