i am getting a 95 chevy blazer. i was wondering what will be louder 2 15 inch Cerwin Vega stroker Pros (the new ones) or 6 12 inch Kicker L7s. they will both be running off a pair of hifonics BXi 2006D amp.

Depends, are you going ported or sealed?

the obvios would be the L7 cause of cone area, but im sure they are going to be in a sealed box, right?

The 6 12's are gonna be nicely underpowered but they would probably still be louder just because of shear number and cone area.

The CV's would be a decent match for those amps and ported with a big enough box im sure you can compensate for lack in rms power, and probably would sound better.

i will probably purchase the L7's in a couple months or so. i have to save up a little bit of money first. i need help for a box design that will actually fit in the blazer. i want to put everything in a ported box if a all possible. i currently have 4 15 inch CV Vmaxs in a extended cab s10
