Which subwoofer should I get? Yeah, I know...these threads are tireless.

I am in a slight toss-up between the DD9515g, HDC315-A, 15" Fi Q, and the RE SX 15".

At the moment I am leaning more-so towards the Fi Q because of its' sound quality and also it's ability to be VERY loud.

I have never heard of any of these brands or speakers in real life so it's a toss-up.

They are going in a 3.5ft^3 @ 35hz ported enclosure.

only 2 of those subs are similar..... other than that you are comparing apples to oranges

why not do something like the IA DP..... one was compared to the AQ(although not the best comparison), but said the DP got almost as loud but like the SQ much better

well if youre looking for sound quality, at least 2 of those are ruled out.

I would suggest an IA Death Penalty, SI Magnum, FI Q, Soundsplinter RL-P, among others, for sound quality in that price range.

Like others have said, you seem to be confused at what exactly you are looking for.

Box is on the small side for the AQ/DD. My AQ's tuned to 35Hz sound every bit as good as the GF's FI tuned to 32Hz. Both are excellent subs as is the DD. Never heard an SX so can't comment on that one.

If you can do 4+ cubes and have around 2k of power then the AQ would be my choice. In 3.5cubes with 1k then I'd go for the Q...

Like others have said, you seem to be confused at what exactly you are looking for.

My question wasn't stupid, it really wasn't an attempt for people to literally choose which subwoofer for me, it was an attempt to get different opinions on each of those subwoofers.
