I wanna run only 1 sub in my new car and I want all the bass I can possibly get

I've heard that the 18" Solo X is louder than the RE MT..

Is the DD9500 in the same price range as the solo ?

It all depends on the install but the dd should be around that price range maybe cheaper. what kind of power and space do you have.
