Which setup would be louder in same size sealed enclosure? JL 13w3v3-2 or 2 13TW5 ?

Amp RF T1500-1

2 13TW5 wired in parallel, so the load to amp is 1.5 Ohm

Please, explain why the setup which you choose would be louder ?

I am not a big jl fan. I would say the 2 jl subs just because of the cone area. Honestly I would invest my money in a pair of RE subs just because they get loud and have really good sq
