which port layout is better for my sub?

i have a free air pioneer, ts-w304f, i think according to the winISD program, 2 66mm ports are required. However i do not know which way is hte best to put them. i allready have 1 66mm hole on the top of the box (2nd hand),

so my option is either:

somehow fill the hole and put a larger port in the side,

or

port the hole and put another port on the box somewhere

i have attached 2 pics showing the 2 possible porting places with arrows pointing to where the port will be located

i emailed pioneer asking bout the recommended box for hte free air and they said 150l, mine is only 36litre, do you think it would be wise to have 4 ports on the top or just 2?

BTW wat length should the ports be?

and do they all have to be the same length or just have a total length between the 4
