No the trucks are made here in the usa either in Kansas or michigan. most of fords cars are built i mexico

Well as far as space is concerned, The Dodge Ram Mega Cab is the largest, The F150 and pull and tow more, so really depends on what your needs are. You can get a 1/2 ton pick up. Chevy, Ford , and Dodge are all decent. I say buy american as there is no need to support the Japs

btw....who is ever gonna put their truck in a situation like that ^^^^ no one. That bed bounce test doesn't prove much, other than the fact that the frame can twist a bit. And did anyone else see the F150 bouncing about 1.5 feet in the air as well as having the bed dance liek that? Notice they didn't mention that really.

Lol those tests mean nothing to me. There are so many variables that its easy to make ford look superior. I have nothing agaisnt ford trucks, I own one lol I just dont think those test are fair.

Also the new ford if i remember correctly tows 11500 with a fifth wheel and 10500 on hitch. If your acutally towing stuff. Over all the Big 3 are still the way to go when it comes to pure power and usablility

I know hes not going to Japan but buying a foriegn car is part of what put this country in the hole its in. Foreign made cars and parts are cheaper, where as USA made cars are more expensive with better parts.

If your talking about buying American, where was all your car audio equipment mfg at? Did you keep your money in America there? I'm not being cynical or anything, I own American cars and motorcycles and always will, but you won't here me say something ignorant like "buy American" when in my signature below my post has evidence of all my foreign purchases.

maybe try it in hypocrite way and say buy American for somethings while I buy foreign for others, that way you got your bases covered
