you talking about the company that took over mb quart? It was def. fosgate.... i was very frustrated when i called the mb quart main phone number and it said welcome to rockford fosgate. That was a couple of months ago though.

I thought I remember RF took them on, then sold them off pretty quick. Carsound had some people involved with it, RF and Max guys.
