so im in need of some opinions here... a soundstream T-4 motor 3 .75" slugs...or a jl audio w7 motor 2 1" slugs????

not really ,just stating a fact.now which sub will take the most power would be the correct question ! then i would say neither again ,they both are rated at 1000 rms and i dont think either will take much more than that .

Probably wants to know which one is louder given the optimum enclosure, he just gave details on things not important

if you have the cash i would do the w7..but if not the soundstream.. it might get a lil louder.... both in the right enclosures

Only Person that can do W7's is JL since they have a weird coil... Or some one will have to machine it

the w7 can be reconed if the motor is off a 12"

i have built several customs of the t415 and those motors are strong!!!
