Round... not in a box because as I said, they are BRAND NEW IN BOX, meaning they are still in the factory boxes they come from MTX in...

MTX TA series are nice subs.

I was running an MTX 8512-44 on an Orion 2500D giving it 1500w RMS daily //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif loud little ****ers.

Here is my buddy's 2 MTX 8512-44's on an TA81001.

I just found a dealer 30min from me, and i can buy MTX TR7515 for 180 a piece brand new. Won't the 15's pound harder than the 10's?

Size doesnt matter. Its all the same coil. MTX TA7515-44's will take just as much power as TA7510-44's.

TR's are new series. I would actually recomend buying the TA8510-44's. I didnt releize you were looking at TR's. Their new stuff doesnt have the same quality as the older.

if you are refering to me... $300 for the pair of 8500 10"s... not sure what will hit harder but If I read the right specs those are only using a 2.5" voicecoil where as the 8500's use a 3", 8-layer flatwound meaning they will take more power, 8500's also have a slightly bigger motor... I have seen the 8500s take 1500+ daily with no problems. I have no experience at all with the newer stuff but I haven't heard much good stuff about them...

It will come down to the box a lot too. sealed, ported, bandpass, and how much room you have for a box will help determine that...
