Which is the remote?

Hey,

I have a shitty NEXTAR head unit and I'm doing the wiring for my new amp...problem is I'm not sure which wire is the "blue" remote wire...

Heres a wiring diagram:

Is it the one with the 0.5A fuse on it on the right that says BLUE AUTO ANT?

Is it normal that that wire is already hooked up to something even tho I don't have any other amps? Can I just attach the remote to that wire along with whatever is already on there?
