I am having a hard time deciding. Want something punchy but can hit the lows, 4 of either are going in my reg. cab when the $$$ allows.

Elemental Designs has a bad rep I know, but IONSql enjoys his, anyone else have them?

it all depends on how much money the guy wants to spend...from the looks of it, he doesn't have too much so he's going for $50 speakers like the assassins and 9kv2 which are very good for the money...

i think the assassins are gonna be more robust overall though...about $15 more then the 9kv2's...

well just to back IONsql, I have heard his 9kv.2's a couple of times and they shocked the hell out of me for eights. Im sure the assassin's would be nice, but that would be pretty hard to beat for the price.

if money isn't a problem then i'd go for RE8's cus they're not 8 inches (exagerating) deep like the rli8 or cmp8s or w7s

I haven't really tested them with any low hz tones, but they don't really bottom out to bad in music (and I listen to a lot of heavy bass stuff). I would go 4 ported, but I think two 12"s ported would be better

I think the mounting depth is a tad too high, 4 10's? lol.. that would be insane.

Four 8's I think would be good, idk about a ported wedge though..
